The community in the Mahadalits villages as well as the slums of Dom community were informed and made them aware on the importance of children education. Children are given the tools and support to unlock their talents and realize their dreams. They got the opportunity to learn and study in the study centre as well as in formal school. The women were empowered and trained on financial literacy and farming with new methods of cultivation in agricultural land. Youths are trained with the required skills to get them prepared for the job. Many youths are employed and became a breadwinner in the family through the support of our project.

Project Title: Menstrual Solidarity Initiative "All for 24"

In a short duration the project has created a great impact in the lives of good many women. As part of this project, we have covered 58 villages that falls under four blocks of Nalanda District - Biharsharif, Ashthawan, Rahui and Silao. The project has encountered more than 5300 women and 5100 women and young girls benefited out of it. We have distributed all 5100 pads to the women. An important outcome of the project is that about 90% of the women benefited from this project were from the marginalized communities who mostly belong to Dalit communities. It is also be noted that the beneficiaries are chosen from the rural villages where the awareness on menstrual hygiene and health is very minimal. In the beginning of the implementation, we encountered shallow response from some villages because there was cultural binding. In the villages women are having some practice that menstrual products should not be kept in the houses. So, when we told them that it is a reusable pad and can be washed after a use, few women were reluctant to receive the pad. Though they attended the training but did not receive the pad because for them menstruation is a taboo and unclean. But now they are coming back to our staff asking for the distribution of pad once again in their village since they heard very positive feedback from those women who are using it. This is one of the clear evidence we could identify for the impact the project has created among the beneficiaries.

Project Title: Feeding India

The Feeding India program is an initiative that aims to provide nutritious meals to children in schools, particularly those from low in-come families. The goal is to ensure that all the children in their formative years gets the right nutrition for their holistic development. Our Sacred Heart English Medium School Baburbana students are also getting benefits from Feeding India. The parents of these children are from extremely impoverished backgrounds. They struggle to make ends meet, often living in poverty stricken conditions with limited access to basic necessities like food, clean water, and sanitation. Many of these parents work as daily laborers, street vendors, domestic workers and small scale farmers. Their incomes are meagre, and they often find it challenging to provide for their families' basic needs. They sent their children to Sacred Heart English Medium School as it is affordable and get concession.
